We have a problem with exercise.
We know it's healthy so it's not that.
It's that we don't think about exercise in a helpful and productive way.
We think of punishment and discomfort. Of being forced to do something we don't want to do.
This leads to starting-and-quitting, excessive soreness and injury from inappropriate workouts, and worst of all, the feeling that exercise is just not for them.
I've talked to so many people who've been desperately trying to feel better about exercise for most of their lives and haven't learned how.
And I know that for every person who keeps trying, countless others have given up.
They don't know it's not their fault. They just haven't been shown the right path.
On Saturday, September 30th at 1pm you can discover a Healthy, Sustainable, and Manageable approach.
Castro Valley Fitness is presenting our seminar,
Top 5 Success Strategies for Starting (and continuing) Exercise.
If you think fitness isn't for you, we understand.
If you think you have to go to extremes for results, you'll learn why you don't.
If you're tired of starting and quitting, you'll discover how to avoid it.
And if you have any other questions about fitness or nutrition we'll answer them.
The best part (other than that the seminar is completely free) is that everything you'll learn will be usable right away. You'll immediately feel more connected and positive about exercise, whether you're just getting started or have been doing it for years.
All you have to do is show up.
By the way, this won't be some hard sell into our program. We don't do that.
This isn't the kind of thing where we give you just enough information to get you to buy into "The Real Stuff." We don't do that, either.
We will answer every question thoroughly so you'll feel confident on how to move forward. That's our word.
