DB Bench Press 4 sets 6-8

One Arm DB Row 4 sets 8-10

Lying DB Tricep Extensions 4 sets 10-12

DB Curls 3 sets 10-12

Rear Delt Raise 3 sets 8-10

Medicine Ball Slams 6 sets of 6
